Terms of Service

By providing a telephone number to Colossus Search Group, a d.b.a. of Titan Business Consultancy LLC ("Colossus," "we," "us," or "our"), whether through this website, an online form, a job application, an email or text exchange, a referral, or any other means, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls and text (SMS and MMS) messages from Colossus and its employees and authorized agents at that number. This consent covers communications relating to recruiting and executive search services, candidate opportunities and job openings, interview and meeting scheduling, client engagements, service updates, and related business matters. You agree that such calls and messages may be placed or sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or an automated text messaging platform.

You acknowledge that your consent is not a condition of employment, candidacy, or the purchase of any goods or services from Colossus. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply, and message frequency varies. Colossus is not liable for messages that are delayed, misdirected, or not delivered by your carrier.

You represent that the telephone number you provide belongs to you or that you are its authorized user, and that you have authority to give this consent on behalf of the subscriber. You agree to notify Colossus promptly if the number is reassigned, disconnected, or no longer yours.

You may revoke this consent at any time by any reasonable means. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us; reply HELP for assistance. You may also revoke consent by emailing austin@colossussearch.com, by calling 480.572.9123, or by telling any Colossus representative during a call or in writing that you no longer wish to be contacted. Colossus will honor a revocation request within ten (10) business days of receipt. A request to stop text messages will also be treated as a request to stop marketing calls to the same number unless you specify otherwise. Revocation does not apply to communications you separately request or that are reasonably necessary to complete a transaction or engagement already in progress.

Calls between you and Colossus may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes.
